Transparent marble glue, red, yellow, black, white powder, driers, glazing wax.

Second, the main tools

Angle polishing machine, No. 100 resin sand sheet, No. 220 resin sand sheet, steel wool. No. 360 water sandpaper. 800 water sand paper, cloth wheel, small hammer, flat shovel small brush.

Third, the main repair steps

(1) Remove the mortar or other debris from the original marble crack, 3~5 mm deep. If it is gauze, the width of the gap should be increased to about 10mm; if it is marble, clean the original seam.

(2) The marble that is close to the color and pattern of the crack is smashed with a small hammer. If it is a boulder, the particle size is similar to the size of the stone. If it is a monochromatic stone, it can be powdered.

(3) Take appropriate amount of transparent marble glue and broken marble particles or powder, mix well, add appropriate amount of drier, stir well, evenly spread the mixture evenly on the crack mouth, after coating the crack mouth to the original marble surface A slight height of 0.5mm is appropriate and will be dried later.

(4) Install the No. 100 resin mortar on the angle polishing machine, slightly dry the cracked hole, and then install the No. 220 resin mortar to finely grind, then finely grind with 360 water sandpaper and add a proper amount of water. After the 800 sandpaper is polished, clean the wall or the surface water stains and stains, then use the angle grinder to install the cloth wheel and polish it with wax. After the gloss appears, continue polishing until the original marble is shiny. Close. Then use a small amount of polishing wax with steel wool and polish it by hand until the gloss is exactly the same as the original marble. At this time, the crack will not be seen.

(5) If there is a pattern in the monochromatic stone, the pattern is just at the crack. In addition to mixing the powder with glue, the toner is also used to match the color of the pattern and embedded in the seam.
