Focus on polishing the caulking glue between the stones and the edge near the wall, decorative modeling and special-shaped modeling, keep the whole stone ground flat, finish the first polishing, and then conduct the marble glue caulking again. After the caulking, continue the second polishing, and then turn over the stone The new machine is equipped with steel diamond water grinding plate from coarse to fine, which needs to be polished seven times in total, and the final ground is flat and smooth, and then polished with steel wool, with the polishing degree reaching the brightness required by the design, and there is no obvious gap between the stones. Rough grinding: do not reduce the number of times of grinding and change the number of grinding elements. The color of trimming, height difference, scratch and deformation of 60 mesh grinding stone ground is basically the same, and it must be full. Fine grinding: do not reduce the number of grinding times and change the number of grinding pieces.)

    4. After polishing, first use the water absorption machine to treat the water on the ground, and at the same time use the air dryer to dry the whole stone ground. If time allows, natural air drying can also be used to keep the stone surface dry.

    5. The ground is evenly sprayed with liquid medicine, while the marble polishing machine is used for grinding, and the cleaning machine is used with the red cleaning pad to sprinkle the liquid medicine with the same amount of water on the ground and start grinding. The effect of heat energy makes the crystal surface material crystallize on the stone surface.

6. Overall ground maintenance treatment: if the stone with large porosity needs to be painted with marble protective agent, it should be polished again, so as to increase the crystal hardness of the whole ground.

   7. Ground cleaning and maintenance: when crystal mirror is formed on the stone surface, use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the residue and moisture on the ground, and finally use a polishing pad to polish, so that the whole ground is completely dry and bright as a mirror. If there is local damage, local maintenance can be carried out, and walking can be carried out at any time after construction. (after the stone surface is dry, make crystallization and hardening treatment until the surface effect required by the sample is achieved. After the renovation, the stone surface of the hole shall reach a mirror glossiness of more than 60 degrees, and there shall be no height difference between the stones. The granite surface shall reach more than 80 degrees, and there shall be no leakage of glue.)
